Martin, es un profesional de la hostelería con más de 20 años de experiencia en el mundo de la restauración, y que posee un amplio conocimiento de la gastronomía mediterránea, donde lleva décadas trabajando con las mejores recetas españolas, francesas e italianas. También muy influenciado por la cultura y gastronomía asiática es un amante de la comida fusión. Ha trabajado en diferentes países como España, Reino Unido, Francia, Bélgica y Alemania, teniendo la oportunidad de conocer en primera persona a sus habitantes, sus costumbres, cultura y gastronomía. Ha trabajado como Maître, director de alimentación y bebidas, profesor de sala, asesor gastronómico y empresarial, ayudando a negocios a mejorar sus líneas de productos, posicionarse ante la la competencia, aumentar clientela, y con ello sus márgenes de beneficios, y por último, escritor. La iniciativa de dar el salto a la literatura, nace de unas inmensas ganas de afrontar nuevos retos, y poder compartir los conocimientos aprendidos en primera persona durante años de dedicación, y con ello ayudar a otras personas.

He has extensive knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, having spent decades working with the best Spanish, French, and Italian recipes. Heavily influenced by Asian culture and gastronomy, he is also a lover of fusion food. He has worked in various countries including Spain, the UK, France, Belgium, and Germany, giving him firsthand experience of their people, customs, culture, and cuisine. He has held roles as a Maître d', Food and Beverage Director, service instructor, and gastronomic and business consultant, helping businesses improve their product lines, position themselves against competitors, increase clientele, and thus boost their profit margins. Finally, he is also a writer. His venture into literature stems from a strong desire to take on new challenges and share the knowledge he has gained firsthand over years of dedication, thereby helping others.
